The Teaser Trailer For ‘Ahsoka’ Shown at Star Wars Celebration Surfaces Online
Star Wars have shifted their focus heavily towards Disney Plus shows and gaming. During Star Wars Celebration Day there were a handful of announcements for upcoming TV shows Star Wars is working on, and ‘Ahsoka’ being one of them.
Ahsoka Tano is a fan favorite character stemming from the Star Wars: Clone Wars animated TV series. Being Anakin’s padawan and witnessing the imperfections of the Jedi Council, her journey as a Jedi is a bit different which is why people gravitate towards her character.
Ahsoka’s journey crosses over into the Star Wars: Rebels animated show and eventually she made her way into live action played by Rosario Dawson. Rosario Dawson surprised us with awesome appearances in the Mandalorian’s latest season as well as The Book of Boba Fett series. Surely, her popularity was recognized and Ahsoka will be getting her own TV series.
During Star Wars Celebration, fans were invited to a showing of a teaser trailer for the upcoming ‘Ahsoka’ series. After some time now, it has finally leaked online.
Perhaps the best thing about this upcoming series will be the involvement of characters from the Star Wars: Rebels animated show which will include Hera Syndulla, Sabine Wren, C1-10P as Chopper and more. We can expect to follow Ahsoka and her journey to find Grand Admiral Thrawn and the gifted Ezra Bridger.
Everyone’s favorite padawan ‘Ahsoka’ should be hitting Disney + sometime in 2023. Until then, other Star Wars shows such as Andor, season 2 of The Bad Batch and season 3 of The Mandalorian should hold us over.
What or who are you looking forward to seeing the most in the ‘Ahsoka’ series?
